Billing System Maintenance

In order to be able to offer you a permanently good service, maintenance work must be carried out at regular intervals. The maintenance work on our customer center will take place on 06.03.2023 at 10:30am (CET) and will last about 8h. During this time you will not be able to manage your service, place orders, open a support ticket or submit a cancellation directly via the customer center. Services that are already running will of course still be available for you. If you want, you can also subscribe to our RSS feed, so you always get the latest status messages directly to your device.

Update March 6, 2023 at 04:43 PM UTC - We have reopened our customer center. Unfortunately, there are still some problems at the moment. The following problems are known:

Update March 6, 2023 at 07:35 PM UTC - Domain/DNS issue resolved Our developers solved the Domain issue. You can update your nameservers and zones again! Only the issue with the legacy (formerly) HDD vServer is still open. We keep you updated on this!

Update March 8, 2023 at 07:25 PM UTC - (former) HDD servers can be controlled via the customer center again Our developers were able to fix the (former) HDD vServer problem. Unfortunately, there were problems with the order form in the last few days, we have now replaced it accordingly and the problem has also been fixed. However, there is still a problem with special vServer orders (with more than one IP). The IPs are currently not assigned automatically. If you have this problem, just write us in the support, we will perform the assignment as soon as possible manually. Our developers are already working on this problem. We will keep you up to date here!
